At Penna & Co., we want you to love your home treasures; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
